Today, on World MS Day, we unite globally to raise awareness about multiple sclerosis (MS) and emphasize the importance of timely and precise diagnosis. The 2024–2026 theme, “My MS Diagnosis”, highlights the challenges individuals face in obtaining an MS diagnosis and underscores the need for improved healthcare training and resources.
In 2024, the Cyprus MS Association drove a campaign focusing on early MS diagnosis. The campaign was supported by key government ministers, including representatives from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Social Welfare, demonstrating a national commitment to addressing MS-related challenges.
